Heaven Porteous comes from New York with a foundation in Fine Arts. After making a natural transition into design in 2015 while under the tutelage of builders, developers and brokers, she also obtained a license in real estate in order to be uniquely involved in a home's story from a ‘napkin drawing’ conception to point of sale. Surrounded by experienced professionals in business, home building and brokering, her eye for home design led The Avant Group aesthetic to compete at the top of modern and contemporary markets. Her skills in blending functionality with high design allow clients to get the look they desire in an environment that works for them and their budget.
