We bought a new construction Avant home in Midway Hollow in early 2024. The process was smooth. We paid for a third-party inspection, and the recommendations were minor; Avant took the initiative to address them all without even a single pushback. The change orders were reasonably priced. Very few minor move-in issues were handled expediently and without headaches.

We began working with Avant Group over a year ago, and the experience has been seamless. Their team is exceptional, and their partnership with Iconic Group made everything easy. Avant was consistently responsive, punctual, and professional, delivering high-quality work with excellent value. Their warranty support has also been outstanding, always paying close attention to detail.

In 2023, we bought a new Avant home in Midway Hollow. During the warranty period, the Avant team was quick to respond and schedule repairs. I even had an issue after the warranty expired, and the team stepped up to help me out.

I have lived in my Avant Group home since 2019. It remains beautiful, even with three kids. The builder (Avant Group) and the real estate agent (Iconic Group) were both great and easy to work with. They did everything they said they would. They have remained helpful when normal issues come up and have given great references. This is the first house I have built, and the experience was professional, honest, straightforward, and the timelines were met. I would recommend them 100%.

Bought an avant house approximately 4 years ago. The house has stood up, and any small issues we have had have been fixed expeditiously. Even had an issue with an expensive roof repair that they fixed within a week. Approachable, fair, and honest. The product and fixtures are all top-tier and have held up through the years.

We first met Matt when we were trying to sell our condo in 2015. He helped us sell it at a price we did not expect to get. And we did not even have to spend money on any renovations, even though our condo needed one and was recommended by other agents before.
